How does it work?
- We recommend booking an appointment with one of our fantastic nurses so we can weigh your pet and supply prescription flea and worm protection from day 1 of your Plan.
- The next step is an online registration form that activates monthly direct debits from your account
- The direct debit will be taken 1 month after your initial payment in practice and will include a £10 additional service fee
- 3 months after signing up, you'll receive flea and worm to your door through the post. (If you have signed up a Puppy or Kitten then you'll need to visit the practice every 3 months until they're at their full weight, at which time we'll switch to delivering pest control to your door).
Please note: The Pet Health Plan is a 12-month contract, if you leave the plan early or cancel the direct debits then you will need to pay the amount of all benefits received minus payments made to date.
